MAS Consulting Engineers was founded by a dynamic duo — an engineer with 25+ years of technical expertise and a business leader with an MBA background and international executive experience — united by a shared vision for engineering done differently.
Mojgan (Moj) Schmidt
Co-Founder & National Business Development Manager
With an MBA background and a career spanning the leadership of multi-national companies internationally, Moj is the brains, the drive, and the soul of MAS. Her background in finance and her genuine passion for people make her the heart of the business — and the force behind MAS's national growth as our National Business Development Manager.
Stefan (Stef) Schmidt
Co-Founder & Director
Stef is the technical backbone of MAS Consulting Engineers. With a 25+ year career spanning Civil, Structural, Hydraulic, Stormwater, Wastewater, and Geotechnical engineering, he brings the depth of expertise and hands-on experience that underpins every project MAS delivers. Stef has a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring — investing in the growth of our team and nurturing the next generation of engineers. His dedication to successful project outcomes is matched by an open, proactive communication style that resolves issues early and builds the kind of long-lasting client relationships that see clients return time and again. Add to that a proven track record of building successful, high-growth businesses, and you have the foundation on which MAS continues to grow.
